There were coffee, a hair dryer, and some excellent tea in my standard twin room, liked it. The location was central, handy to from Eccles tram station.

The bathroom was a little small.

We booked a standard twin room, it was fashionable with convenient design. Good service was provided here. The location was perfect and incredible, resturant next door is great, in the very quiet area.

Got standard twin room when arrived, liked that. The breakfast was inclusive and sensational with complimentary drinks and all the food was lovely. The location of the hotel was fab, the staff were extremely friendly and excellent people in assisting in the necessary.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a very nice time. All of the staff was decent and competent. The standard queen room was beautifully maintained with a king sized bed. The breakfast was inclusive and gorgeous, excellent service. I appreciated this beautifully designed and truly exceptional hotel, it did not disappoint.

The staff was excellent when we had questions. Appreciated our standard double room, it was decent sized and newly renovated. We had an inclusive breakfast with toast and juice and muffin included.

I had great 2-night stay here! I had cheap standard double room with powerful hot showers and free WiFi. It was in the central location to the bus stop where you can get a bus into Manchester.

It was such great time in Manchester. The staff was incredibly nice and immensely pleasant, the accommodation was fabulous and clean. I had standard queen room that also was complete with free WiFi, heating and a good shower.
